Angela Lopez and Dennis Lutyens tied the knot in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Nov. 12, 2022.
Congratulations, Angela and Dennis!
Congratulations to Angela Lopez on her marriage to Dennis Lutyens on Nov. 12, 2022 in Las Vegas. The couple honeymooned at the Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica.
From Angela:
“The wedding was super quick, but it was still very beautiful and special. We got married in the Terrace Gazebo that was located right above the wedding drive thru option. This was not the wedding I had always imagined but I wouldn’t change a thing about it. It was perfect for Dennis and me.
I would HIGHLY recommend everyone go to Jamaica at least once in their lives. I don’t have the words to describe just how beautiful it was. I will say, I would talk about the Jamaican bobsled team to anyone who would listen, and I sang from the movie “Cool Runnings” at all times. Especially when I had a few rum punches and dirty banana drinks.
Do I have a few “horror/this would only happen to me” stories? Yes, many, but my Vegas and Jamaican adventures are once in a lifetime, and I got to experience them with my best friend.”
Accomplishments
The 2022 NCMIC Fit winners were announced at Employee Rec on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022. NCMIC Fit candidates were asked to submit their success stories about their wellness goals or journeys.
The first place winner was Shanna Patrick, while the male first place winner was Eric Simpson. Each of them took home a $3,000 prize. Traci Galligan and Kathy Lourens won the Dynamic Duo award and each received $300.
NCMIC employees who achieved their 2022 Goal Board goals were: Sugar Townsend, Sue Maslikowski, David Siebert, Amanda Clayton, Gary McHone, Cindy Perry, Lesley Dolan, Scott Gojkovich, Mandi Swanson, Chima Igbokwe, Molly O’Neill, Rebecca Strait and Jodi Brown.
Santa Sightings
Andy Pratt took his turn as Santa Claus at the Holiday Hullabaloo benefiting Dorothy’s House. The Holiday Hullabaloo continues through Dec. 31 at the Horizon Events Center in Clive, so there’s still time to catch Andy in character.
