HR News You Can Use

Open Enrollment Discussion

There will be an open enrollment discussion on Thursday, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. via Zoom. Employees will hear about changes to our 2024 benefit plans. This will be the only presentation this year. It will be recorded and sent to all staff by end of the day, Oct. 26.

Introducing Mike Drop Monday

NCMIC CEO Mike McCoy is bringing his message to the masses with a new feature called Mike Drop Monday. Mike Drop Monday will feature what’s new and notable at NCMIC with videos like the ones you came to know and love during the pandemic. The first one debuted on Sept. 25. A new video will drop once a month.

In case you missed it, here’s a link to the first episode.

Health Risk Assessments Due Nov. 1

This is a reminder that Health Risk Assessments and online forms need to be completed and sent to MercyOne (not HR) by Nov. 1, 2023. All forms were sent to employees on Aug. 28, 2023. Check your inbox for more details.

Also, HRAs will not be held onsite this year. Employees are asked to see their primary care physician to complete the HRA. If you cannot see your primary care physician, employees are able to schedule an appointment with Medicap to complete their HRA.

If you have any questions regarding the HRA or any of the forms you need to fill out, please contact HR.
